We develop projects based on 2D and 3D drawings. Through CAD/CAM we create programs for every machine in order to make the final product. We only use the latest softwares.
We develop, build and assemble mechanical units, equipments and industrial appliances for every industry. Thanks to our partnerships, we are able to offer an end-to-end process and to deliver to our customers the final product.
Employing robotic machines, we are able to create both small and large series mechanical parts.
We work with the simplest 3 Axis CNC machines up to pallet systems complemented by 5 Axis CNC machines. The manufactured products vary in size and quantity, as well as in the different types of materials used.
The blanking department, located only a few meters away from the central seat, employs molds made by our company in order to manufacture pieces in every shape and size, without any particular limit. We employ machines equipped with straighteners and decoilers.
We provide treatment services for aesthetic finishes, as well as heat, coating and hardening treatments on various materials.
We carry out finishing processes through the use of both tangential and cylindrical grinding machines.
