Officina Meccanica Colombo is a business born from the hardships of a humble family consisting of the parents and their two sons, bound to one another by the aspiration of handing down their work to future generations. From the beginning of the 1980s up to today, thanks to strong commitment and the desire to overcome the challenges of an independent business, OMC is now in its third generation.
The new generation has brought important innovations, remarkably in terms of adaptability to tighter deadlines and to a more dynamic market. Cutting edge technology and a strong desire for improvement have made it possible for mechanical machining performed on traditional machines (still not entirely set aside) to be now executed through automated industrial processes, OMC coming to be one of the first Italian 4.0 companies.
